January Magick Forecast

I hope everyone had a fun and safe New Year and I hope your neighbor’s fireworks didn’t scare the hell out of your dogs; it can be so stressful for pets. Our neighbors, here’s the thing, we have so many law enforcement officers and firemen in our neighborhood, and these people set off so many confiscated fireworks at New Year’s Eve and on Independence Day. Hekate

Okay, everyone, Mercury goes retrograde officially tomorrow. I hope we are all ready for this one. It’ll be a doozy, I think. If we don’t have the energy to pour into a moon ritual or whatever the case may be, then we need to respect that. Sometimes we do need to push ourselves, sometimes that is the right thing to do, but when it comes to the craft, our practice should be something that we look forward to. It isn’t meant to be another task on the to-do list. It’s important to cultivate habits and to have discipline, I do whole-heartedly believe that, but we need to recognize when we’re just going through the motions.
